It is very nice to find someone who constantly motivates you in your life as members of your family, teachers, friends, or managers, but what if there is no one who motivates you, or that someone who constantly motivates you is occupied by life for you, then what will you do there ?, You know how difficult it is to reach your potential without If someone motivates you, your performance in your professional and personal life and your self-satisfaction will gradually decrease, so you need motivation again, so what do you think of you motivating yourself !?


Self-motivation steps and strategies


Before we embark on the steps and tips, let us know the meaning of motivation (motivation): It is a set of instructions and challenges that help you reach your goals and achieve your dreams and most importantly, release your maximum potential (your potential energies).

Personal motivation steps:

If you want to be your own motivator, you have to "discover, design, and develop".

Discover your passion:

Design your goals:

 A good exercise that helps you design your goals is to write where you were five years ago, where you are now, and where you want to be in five years in the following matters:

Personal development:

What you want to learn, challenges to overcome, career, your body and sports, and businesses such as buying or selling.

Fun and adventure:

Fun, adventure, and visits are great rewards for staying motivated.

Giving and helping:

Make time to help others in need, use your skills to develop your community through volunteer work, for example.

When you finish writing these goals, be careful to put the papers in a place that you can see clearly and repeatedly, in order to review them weekly or monthly.


Develop ten positive habits (strategies):

  1. Don't be afraid to make mistakes: wisdom helps us avoid making mistakes and comes from making thousands of them.
  2. Choose to be happy: Happy people are easy to motivate, don't let laughter happen without expression.
  3. Dare to dream big dreams: do not indulge yourself in self-reflection, shoot the moon and expect to be hit.
  4. Be prepared to leave your comfort zone: The biggest obstacle to realizing your potential is your comfort zone, whether it is a place at home or outside or more wasted time in sleep and TV series, great things happen when you build new relationships with others outside of these. Region.
  5. Spend at least one hour a day on self-development: read good books, watch useful videos online, and do not abandon the Holy Quran.
  6. Never give up when faced with setback or frustration: Success can be just around the corner.
  7. Train yourself to finish what you started: Many of us get distracted by other things while trying to accomplish a task.
  8. Create a plan for the next week: If you stick to your plans, you will achieve a lot and you will not need someone to motivate you constantly.
  9. Review your goals: celebrate your accomplishments, and praise yourself.
  10. Find someone you can direct and motivate: Remember yourself when you need motivation, give that great value to others.
